Boil the Spinach and convert
it into sort of paste |

Mix the palak paste, green
chillies, curd, ghee and spices together.

Marinate the paneer pieces
in it for 2 hours. |

Cook it in a baking tray
or over the stove. Casually turn
the pieces while cooking. Leave them
to turn light brown. |

Serve hot with onion rings
and lemon slices. |
