Pudhina ko Achaar (Mint Sauce)

Pudhina or Mint

1 cup firmly packed mint leaves
3 medium onions (finely chopped)
4 tablespoons lemon juice
3 fresh green chilies (use more for hotter)
2 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon cumin powder
¼ teaspoons sugar
salt to taste

1 Blend mint, all spices and half of the onions to a smooth paste.
2 Add remaining half of onions and serve chilled.
